| Documentation | Convention documentations: such as conference brochure, invitations, panel sessions, certificates, both English and Chinese |
| Media | Media production and design: photography, video production and processing, flyer, poster, webpage design |
| Publicity | Publicity and communications: including social media (WeChat etc.), newspapers, TV, and other organizations |
| Fundraising | Fundraising: outreach to potential sponsors |
| Logistics | Logistics: including onsite setup, equipment setup, dinner/catering preparation and etc |
| Registration | Registration and reception: including event ticket management, participants list management, check-in and etc |
- Who we are looking for: students, young professionals, and experienced professionals are all welcome.
- How you will participate: be part of our organizing committee for various functions and activities, and you could even bring your own ideas, if accepted by the team, we will provide the platform and resources to help you make the idea come true!
- What qualifications are most important: whether you are experienced or not, whether you will be a team member or leader: be passionate, be flexible, be able to commit the necessary amount of time is the key.

We suggest you submit your application as soon as possible if interested. Successful candidates will become part of the CAST-GNY 2016 Convention volunteer team and will receive a certificate of appreciation from CAST-GNY for the volunteering service. Outstanding volunteers may later be invited to serve in the CAST-GNY Executive Committee.
